Phoenix Staycations | Girls' Weekend at the Found:RE

Phoenix Staycations | Girls’ Weekend at the Found:RE

Staycations during summer in Phoenix are simply the way of life to beat the heat. We choose the Found:RE for our Girls’ Weekend because the Found:RE is more than just a hotel. It’s an art collective that showcases local artists and their work, and a second home for creatives, located on Roosevelt Row in Downtown Phoenix. The rooms have an industrial vibe, and it was perfect for our Girls’ Weekend.

We started off day one by getting ready to coffee hop cafes and bookstores. The Found:RE is located on 1st Ave. and Central, and it’s a perfect location for all things fun and walkable in Downtown Phoenix. In fact, the new speakeasy, Rough Rider, just opened across the street from the hotel! Plus, we enjoyed amazing views of the city right from our room!

We channeled our inner rocker vibes, inspired by the Funboy lips floaties that the Found:RE had by the pool. We stayed during the heat wave, and with 120 degree days, the pool was perfect to cool down in!

In honor of PRIDE month, the Found:RE offers exciting rainbow cake! A portion of the sales go to the local Pride chapter, Phoenix Pride. And this six layer cake is scrumptious and delicious!

We enjoyed having drinks at MATCH Market & Bar, and waking up and getting coffee there, too. Plus, a late night snack of Noble Grilled Cheese, truly hit the spot.

I recommend staying at the Found:RE anytime, they’re a home for artists and creatives, and the location can’t be beat!
