The Best Brunch Dishes to Try at ZuZu

ZuZu’s swanky, retro vibes are right off my alley, and a perfect backdrop for brunching with your girlfriends. Their new menu is robust with delicious dishes, and even a food pro like myself can get overwhelmed with what to choose when faced with the daunting task of ordering. Here’s a few of my favorite picks for ordering, when ordering brunch!

The Lobster Roll

Hotel Valley Ho 1

I recently posted on my stories that “Seafood for Breakfast is my new thing”, and it was inspired by ZuZu’s fresh, tasty seafood. The Lobster Roll is everything a lobster roll should be, pieces of tender lobster topped on a nice buttery roll, bursting with flavor, with succulent seafood making my mouth water bite after bite. Needless to say, this dish is one of my favorites to order.

The Bloody Mary Bar

Hotel Valley Ho 4

Did you know you can elevate your Bloody Mary with cool add on’s like crab legs?! Or add on said lobster roll as mentioned before, wink wink. That, plus a full toppings bar that includes the essentials - more bacon, please - that makes any Sunday morning, easier.

Vanilla Churro Waffle

“We need to remember what's important in life: friends, waffles, work. Or waffles, friends, work. Doesn't matter, but work is third,” said Leslie Knope on Parks and Rec, and the quote certainly applies at ZuZu. For those who choose sweet over savory for brunch, search no further than the Vanilla Churro Waffle, which marries churros and waffles into one happy family and is topped with cinnamon whipped ricotta - the perfect element for a delightful twist to a breakfast tradition.

“Show Stopper” Shake

Hotel Valley Ho 3

Straight from the genius imagination of Chef Clarissa Robinson, this rotating “Show Stopper” Shake mirrors the seasons and whatever strikes the inspiration of this awesome dessert chef. This month’s SSS is decked out for the holidays with peppermint: peppermint bark, peppermint white chocolate popcorn, and peppermint twist ice cream. A perfect edition for the holidays!
