Bringing his experiences to Humble Pie during COVID meant not sacrificing flavor or quality ingredients, while other competitors have. The result? Innovative techniques and experimental dishes that are refreshing for the palette and exciting for average taste buds.

Review // Squid Ink Sushi

Last night we went to Squid Ink Sushi. We’re familiar with Squid Ink – to say the least. A few years ago this, was one of the original dates spots my now-husband took me to, and asked me to be his girlfriend! So, admittedly, we have a soft spot for Downtown Phoenix and sushi combined, and this is one of our regular go-to spots. Last night did not disappoint.
