The menu is led by Executive Chef Russell Lacasce, and they’ve got new items on their menu including delicious Fried Chicken and Peach Cobbler Waffles — a refreshing twist on an old breakfast favorite. Monthly, they deliver new recipes on their infamous Show Stopper Shakes, and next month, they’ve got one that’s Pie-themed!

In addition, the grounds include heated pools, and a wonderful location in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. My girl friend and I were able to stroll around aimlessly, exploring all of the cafes, dessert shops, and retail shops in the area.

Hotel Valley Ho is my much-needed place to relax and rejuvenate. I can’t wait to go back!
